In line with the specification for human use, the system has been fitted with numerous safety features. These help to protect against power failure and PC failure when running with software. The user interface and control system are separated so that the chamber controller can continue to operate independent of the MRV controller's main processing board. The KRYO 360M-17/33 is a fully features medical and biological freezer for the controlled-rate heating and cooling of samples and is fully compliant with the European Medical Devices Directive. Designed for freezing of human samples in straws, ampoules of other suitable containers. The KRYO 360M-17/33 is available in 1.7 and 3.3 liter sizes and comes with the full MRV controller. | ![]() KRYO 520-16 (click here for full PDF specification sheet)
Should applications change, the unit may be simply upgraded with the addition of a Planer Upgrade Pack which includes a built-in printer and PC connection compatible with our comprehensive DeltaT software. |

The KRYO 560-16 is specifically designed for human work. The -180șC to +40șC temperature range allows flexibility for a wide range of applications and protocols. The -180șC end temperature should ensure sample integrity when transferring a sample for long term storage. The KRYO 560-16 is a fully featured tissue bank freezer for the Cryo-Preservation of bone marrow, stem cells, skin, cord blood, an d other critical high volume samples. |

The Kryo 750-30 is a unique integrated freezing system for the Cryo-preservation of large volume samples or samples in a large number. The easy access front opening is closed via a 3 point closure system, offering a leak free seal which helps to prevent the door freezing closed at low temperatures; additional protection is provided by heated door seals. The large easy access chamber offers great flexibility and high capacity. Protocols can be based on "sample temperature event" triggering, which combined with the fast cooling rates and forced laminar flow of the system, ensure high efficiency cooling at the fusion temperature. This enables efficient latent heat removal, creating optimum sample viability post thaw. The freezers on-board control system is operated with a unique two button process. This should prevent accidentally running the wrong protocol. The Kryo 750-30 flexible control system is designed for freezing bone marrow, stem cells, pharmaceutical cell lines, skin, cord blood and other critical volumes. | ![]() Kryo 1060-180/380 (click here for full PDF specification sheet - 180) (click here for full PDF specification sheet -380)
The Kryo1060-180/380 is designed for high volume cell work, with full system safety protection. The -160șC temperature gives sample integrity during transfer to storage. When used with a high capacity liquid nitrogen system, the Kryo1060-180/380 can offer a large cooling reservoir with the reassurance of an extended hold time at the protocol end temperature. The system sample capacity is sufficient for the most intense process situations. The top opening chamber, combined with a unique forced Laminar flow pattern of the coolant and cryogenic insulation, ensures even and accurate temperature control in all phases of the protocol. Additionally the lid is prevented from freezing shut at cryogenic temperatures, while the stainless steel finish enables cleanliness, functionality and ruggedness. Available in 180 and 380 liter models and complete with MRV. |
