·        New Modern Stainless Steel Liquid Cylinders
o       230 liter capacity assures that the cylinder never goes dry between fills.
o       Optimized insulation minimizes liquid usage associated with normal evaporation.
o       Polished stainless steel cylinder provides cleanable surface for both laboratory sanitation and professional modern appearance.
o       Liquid cylinders are mounted on integrated heavy-duty casters which will provide for easy movement.

·        Digital Contents Gauge (AccuCyl System)
o       Digital Liquid Level gauges provide an accurate contents reading of +/- 2.5%. The uncertainty of the standard float gauge is eliminated. No more shaking the cylinder to guess the actual contents.
o       Delivery volumes can be verified and cross checked with the AccuCyl gauge.
o      Contents can be read in liters, gallons and % volume
o       Two programmable alarm points provide both an alert and alarm for cylinder contents
o       Both alarm points can be monitored by a remote alarm system

·       Optimized Delivery Method
o         On site filling eliminates inefficient “Full for Empty” method.
           §         Cylinders are filled with a highly accurate metered fill system. You only pay for what you use.
           §         Daily liquid losses associated with the storage of idle backup liquid cylinders is eliminated.
           §         Unused liquid product is not wasted by returning partially used liquid cylinders.
           §         Cylinder management by laboratory personnel is eliminated. Cylinders are connected by Cryo Express personnel. Since the cylinder is permanent to the system,
                      laboratory personnel never change cylinders.
o       Cylinders are permanently assigned to an individual freezer creating an unchanging and predictable system. Monitoring of liquid usage alerts Cryo Express to possible
         freezer problems and provides for increase specimen safety.
o       Data collection will track your systems performance.
o       Deliveries are automatic – based upon the individual requirements of each system & constant analysis of consumption. Fills are done when the cylinder reaches minimum
        30% volume. The supply cylinder never goes dry, providing a constant uninterrupted liquid supply to the freezer.
o       Redundant cylinders are no longer needed, freeing up valuable floor space and reducing cylinder rental costs.

·         Optimized Billing Method
o       Billing is accurate, immediate & verifiable. BPA, standard PO or credit cards are accepted. An invoice and/or delivery ticket will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of the
        delivery
o       Permanent cylinder assignment eliminates confusing cylinder audits and inventory reconciliation.
